My Approach to Your Health

Most disorders can be prevented with proper self-care and a knowledgeable self-care team.

Prevention through Acupuncture

Although both forms of medicine have their place, Western medicine doesn't address the subtle signs and symptoms Traditional Chinese Medicine would view as early signs of disease or degeneration.

Using acupuncture, herbal medicine, and some recommended lifestyle changes, these early signs and symptoms may be addressed to prevent the progression of such conditions.

I incorporate relaxation into my acupuncture sessions to create an environment where patients can quiet down and listen to their own bodies (body awareness--a key component in qigong).

Prevention through Qigong

Many of us have lost the ability to hear and see our bodies' imbalances.

Body Awareness. The body gives you positive and negative signs and symptoms about everything you eat and interact with.

Qigong offers a direct approach to recognizing these subtitle sensations in the body. By listening to the body, you can make informed decisions to improve your health.

I use acupuncture as a tool when teaching my qigong set. By calming the mind and opening up specific energy centers of the mind, the learner can reduce the mental chatter quicker which allows entry into a deeper level of meditation.

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

Personal Optimization

As a lifelong martial artist and spiritual truth-seeker, I've been researching and self-experimenting in hopes of attaining enlightenment. Of the 20 plus years I've been involved martial arts and my spiritual awakening, I've unlocked mysteries and discovered many shortcuts to my path and the paths of others.

Public Embodiment

For 10 years now, I've been publicly demonstrating my ability to embody the theory. Where others attempt to persuade through words, theory, and academia, I demonstrate those theories. To me, embodiment

demonstrates a deeper understanding that few can grasp.
