The entirety of qigong is much more complex than what words can describe. The practices are simple, yet the outcomes are profound. Beneath the surface of postures with breathing & moving, qigong builds an intimate understanding of our connection with nature, the universe & other beings. It is a profound understanding that everything is interconnected through this subtle energy we call "qi".

This "understanding" is not an "intellectual understanding" but rather an "experiential understanding". Only those who exercise diligence in their practice & ethical behavior in their daily life will come to this realization. Therefore, it is not a way of thinking that everything is interconnected—instead it is a way of experiencing this interconnectedness.

Here, at the Formless Form Qigong & Acupuncture, we strive to keep your qigong experience authentic. We stress simple techniques with lots of content. We take a more traditional approach to qigong, an approach that allows individuals to truly benefit by learning directly from  Peng, in an environment that allows open discussion & caters to openness. Nothing is rushed & there is no room for competition.

We emphasize that qigong is a lifelong process & that there is no certificate anyone can award for being more content with life. The qigong teaching structure revolves solely around your individualized cultivation & growth, as well as the instructor's. Qigong movement is easy to teach, however, energy awareness is most definitely not.
